  Got out for a breakfast expecting nice service and great food as it is in other Coffee Clubs. We had a surprise. The service was terrible, they were not that busy not to understand the orders or try to take care of the customers. They were just busy talking behind the counter doing nothing. The chef was sleepy enough to over cook our eggs benedict and it took them anothe 20 mins to redo our order. They just kept with other orders as if it is ok to keep us waiting after screwing up with our order. Did terrible damage to the reputation of the whole chain. Not going back ever again .

  Food was standard but the public holiday surcharge is way to much.. 15% was to much to ask. Other than that it was an okay experience at this coffee club as I've had better at other franchises.

  Absolutely disappointed by the lack of customer service. My family and I had planned a good night out to eat at coffee club. We decided to visit the Craigieburn Coffee Club for a change as we usually go to the one at Epping (which we love). As soon as we entered the restaurant we weren't even greeted or seated and had to choose our own table which was filthy and had not been cleaned from the previous diners. As there were 5 of us, it was unfortunately the only place to sit. After 5 mins of sitting down, the staff saw us and did not even bother to come and clean the table or give out menus. I myself had to get up and ask for the table to be cleaned. The table was then cleaned up and still no customer service at all! We sat there for an awkward 10-15 minutes and saw the staff walking behind the counter and talking to one another. I understand that restaurants get busy, however, it wouldn't hurt to use common sense to inform customers that they're a little bit busy and they'll get around to you, in this case not one person did that. Very bad team working there and management should take a good hard look at the people they hire and consider extensive customer service training if need be. Will not be going there again. I do not recommend this place for that very reason.

  Experienced possibly the worst customer service I've ever come across. Walked in the restaurant with my family, we were not greeted as the staff were too busy having a conversation behind the counter. We stood for 5 minutes waiting for someone to seat us but still no one attended us. We decided to seat ourselves and the only table available that would fit us all had not been cleaned. We didn't mind the mess at first because we thought if they saw us sit down, they'd come and clean it for us. At this point no one came to clean up the mess so one of my family memebers actually had to get up and ask someone to clean our table. By this time we've been in the restaurant for 10 minutes, no one has greeted us, the guy they sent to clean our table did not smile or acknowledge us and we haven't received any menus so we just got up and left. We as a family enjoy eating at coffee club but we always go to the one in Epping where the staff there is abosutely amazing. Maybe your staff should go learn a thing or two from them because their service yesterday was appalling!
