  Best customer service!
  We organised my daughters 3rd bday last minute and every cake store asked for 3 days to organise (frozen Elsa cake) as I called Ferguson cakes in craigieburn plaza and I explained the situation and the guy was so helpful and I ordered everything on the phone with him and second day picked up the cake and couldn't be happier how it looked not just that, the taste was amazing.
  Thank you so much.... you made my daughters 3rd bday extra special.

  Recently i purchased a xmas pudding from your Craigieburn store only to be informed at a later date that the pudding contained Almond meal. The contents in the recipe did not include almond meal fortunately i found out before i fed the pudding to my anaphylactic grandchild, this still leaves the concern for other parents that have purchased this pudding for xmas day and have no idea it contains nuts. This is quite concerning for the children that maybe effected on xmas day and the parents unaware the cause is the xmas pudding.
