  Good pub for a outing with the kids or just a drink with freinds clean play pokies watch sports food is average but cheap.

  We went and had dinner at highlands hotel on Easter Saturday the food was digusting, cold, uncooked and not much of a variety for the price we paid. We daughter got food poisoning after eating there that night and so did my husband and mother in law, the staff were all rude and could not be bothered being there on the night to work their shift. After being up for most of the night with my daughter and having Easter Sunday ruined I called the hotel and advised them of what happened, the manager of the hotel was so rude and disrespectful and didn't take into consideration what had occurred didn't show care or empathy neither I asked for a refund on all meals that were paid for, she advised she would investigate and get back to me.
  So I get a return phone call back from one of her staff members advising that as a form of compensation they are willing to offer free meals to all of us in favour of what occurred Easter Saturday.
  I didn't know whether to laugh or just stay quiet, who would go back to a hotel after the food made my family sick, ummmm not me that's for sure, the manager gets one of staff members to do her dirty work to call me with the outcome she can't even ring herself which tells me a lot about her customer service skills, she doesn't have them at all, good luck to whoever goes and eats at that restaurant as I wouldn't send my dog there to eat.
  I will definitely be taking this further.

  We had iftar here during Ramadan. Price was good. And food was great. With open and wide variety of choices that I guess will satisfy most people.
